Planning permission has been granted for 134 new homes in Killarney.
Kerry County Council approved the application by developer, Homeland Projects Ltd. with conditions.
The largescale residential development (LRD) will comprise of ten × 4-bed and 55 × 3-bed houses, 32 × 3-bed and 19 × 2-bed townhouses, twelve × 2-bed and six × 1-bed apartments.

The proposed development will also include a crèche for up to 102 children, car parking, including EV charging points, and bicycle parking
There will be a connection to existing vehicular access to Blossom Gate to provide vehicular access to a unit fronting onto Ross Road.
