Planning has been granted for a new office space in Tralee town centre.
Jmeister Ltd applied for planning permission to change the use of the entire first floor of the Central Plaza on Abbey Court from retail to offices.
This section used to be occupied by the Michael Guineys store, which has since moved, and stretches above a number of retail outlets including DV8, Annburys, Pamela Scott, and Mountain Warehouse.

The company Jmeister Ltd, which is the owner of the site, plans to include staff toilets, a canteen, elevator and stairway access points, and smaller meeting and office rooms.
Kerry County Council granted permission subject to three conditions.
