A person of interest Gardaí want to speak to as part of the Jamey Carney murder investigation, remains in custody in Jordan.
He had been arrested in the country after crossing the border from Turkey and can be held for up to 15 days.
Gardai hadn't made a request for his arrest but say they are aware of it.

The body of Ms Carney, who was an American citizen, was found in her home in Killarney a week ago this lunchtime.
