Met Éireann is warning people to be responsible in the sun as a warm weather alert is in place for Kerry.
Eight counties are now under a status yellow high temperature warning.
Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Galway, Kilkenny, Laois and Offaly are under the advisory until 6pm tomorrow.
Temperatures could exceed 27 degrees today and tomorrow, while night-time lows aren't expected to drop below 15 degrees.
