People are being urged not to assume that someone else has already provided all the information as the Michael Gaine investigation continues.
Regional Chief Superintendent for the Southern Garda Region, Colm O’Sullivan has issued a fresh appeal to the public for information.
56-year-old Mike Gaine was reported missing from his home outside Kenmare on March 20th; the case was upgraded to a homicide investigation in late April.
His remains were discovered while slurry was being spread on the farmland in Carrig East in May.
Chief Superintendent O’Sullivan says no information is insignificant in this investigation.
He made this plea:
Anyone with information is asked to contact Killarney Garda Station on 064 667 1160, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or speak with any member of An Garda Síochána.
