The owners of a West Kerry nursing home have announced it will reopen in the new year.
Ocean View Care Home in Camp was acquired by Riada Care Ltd in March.
In August the facility was closed for electrical upgrades and building works, with residents temporarily relocated.
A statement from Riada Care says it is committed to Ocean View and it looks forward to opening the doors to residents and staff in 2026.
The company is recruiting for roles across all departments and levels of experience - including in nursing, health care assistants, catering, admin and maintenance.
A recruitment and residents' day is being held at the Rose Hotel Tralee on December 12th from 1 until 6pm.
Minister of State Michael Healy-Rae and Deputy Michael Cahill have welcomed the news that Ocean View Care home will reopen in 2026.
