Over €6,000 worth of damage was done to a parking meter in Tralee town centre last week.
The meter was knocked down and damaged in the car park of Garvey's SuperValu, between 6:30-7am last Wednesday, the 9th of June.
Tralee gardaí say this was either a road traffic hit and run, or a criminal damage offence.
