Over €2.2 million has been allocated for Kerry schools.
The €1.1 million ICT funding will continue to support schools to harness technology and improve teaching and learning in the classroom.
A further €1.1 million minor works grant has also been allocated to Kerry for the management and upkeep of school buildings in Kerry.

This funding announcement has been welcomed by Minister for Children and Kerry Fianna Fáil TD Norma Foley, her party colleague Deputy Michael Cahill, Minister of State and Independent TD Michael Healy-Rae, Independent TD Danny Healy-Rae and Fine Gael senator Mike Kennelly.
