Power has been restored to all premises following a major outage in Tralee this morning.

The fault occurred at Ballyrickard at 10.15am, and resulted in 7,549 homes and businesses in Tralee being without electricity.

Over 7,500 premises in Tralee are without power following a major fault.

The outage occurred at 10.15 this morning, with reports of a loud bang in the Caherslee area of the town.

ESB Networks’ Power Check states the fault at Ballyrickard is impacting 7,549 homes and businesses in Tralee, with power expected to be restored by 11am.
