Over 370 farmers in Kerry are to share in almost €180,000 under the national dairy beef weighing scheme.
It’s part of total of over €4 million in payments which have commenced to farmers as part of the programme.
Agriculture Minister Martin Heydon has announced the funding will support over 8,100 (8,153) farmers and more than 204,000 calves (204,739).

377 farmers in Kerry are to benefit from the scheme.
The funding has been welcomed by Fine Gael Senator Mike Kennelly.
