Over 300 children in the southwest are waiting longer than a year to be seen by the mental health service.

That’s according to data from the HSE, released to Social Democrats TD Pádraig Rice, who’s from Camp.

As of the end of January, over 1,000 young people in Kerry and Cork were waiting to be seen by CAMHS, the child and adolescent mental health service.
