Over 200 new homes in Kerry were completed between January and March.
That’s according to the CSO’s dwellings completion report for the first quarter of this year.
Of the 201 homes completed, 62% (125) were scheme houses, 35% (70) were single houses, while six apartments were completed.

The figures show the Killarney area saw the most completions at 68; followed by Corca Dhuibhne at 43.
Kenmare and Tralee LEA’s saw 30 completions; 22 were completed in Listowel, while Castleisland had eight completions.
