More homes are being used for short-term lets in Kerry than for rental use than anywhere else in the country.
Kerry has 1,009 short-term lets compared to just 33 homes advertised for private rent.
Threshold says nationally there are over 8,600 short-term lets on Airbnb compared to 2,100 homes available to rent this month.
