One of Kerry's most famous turtles is going home.

After more than 20 years recovering from a shark attack near Castlegregory - Molly is leaving the Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium on Thursday for a flight to warmer waters.

Marine biologist, Dr Kevin Flannery of Dingle Oceanworld says the 200kg 'loggerhead' will be flown to Portugual where she'll be released with an electronic tag to monitor her progress.
