The number of passengers travelling through Kerry Airport increased by 7% in a year.
That’s according to figures released from the Central Statistics Office.
The figures show a record number of people passed through Irish airports in 2025, at 43.5 million.
According to the CSO, 440,180 passengers travelled via Kerry Airport throughout 2025.
That represents a jump on the previous year when more than 412,000 people passed through the doors.
Last year, over 223,000 (223,328) passengers departed the airport, while just under 217,000 (216,853) arrived in Farranfore.
More than 3,500 (3,548) flights were handled by the airport in 2025 – 1,775 arrivals and 1,773 departures.
This represents an increase of 4% in the number of flights handled at the airport over 12 months.
The figures show the most popular route was London-Luton last year with over 124,000 (124,403) people making this journey (62,322 arrivals and 62,081 departures).
The route to Dublin was the next most travelled with more than 122,000 (122,506) passengers.
During 2025, over 64,000 (64,002) took the London-Stansted flight, almost 41,000 (40,885) travelled on the Alicante route, while more that 33,400 people (33,409) flew between Kerry and Manchester.
