Nine new deaths from coronavirus

Nine additional deaths from COVID-19 have been confirmed.

It brings to 1,763 the number of deaths from the virus in the country.

As of midnight Wednesday, July 22^nd, seven additional cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre.

This brings the total number of cases nationally to 25,826.

There’s been no change in the number of cases in Kerry – the figure remains at 316.
