The N71 Killarney to Kenmare road has reopened.
The road closed again yesterday following flare ups from a wildfire, which initially started in the Five Mile Bridge area of Killarney National Park on Tuesday evening.
National Parks and Wildlife Services and Kerry Fire service remain on site and say they will continue to monitor the area.
