Kerry MEP says Ireland is in healthy financial position

An MEP for Ireland South, which includes Kerry, says Ireland is in a very healthy financial position.

The European Union has put a new fiscal system in place, to return public finances to sustainable levels after Covid-19.

This aims to help Ireland and other member states by providing more investment and lead to better debt reduction.
