The median price of a newly built home in Kerry last year stood at €290,000.
The figure was contained in the 2026 Q1 Daft.ie Sales Report.
The Daft.ie quarter one report shows the average price three-bedroom semi-detached house stands at €284,000 which is decrease of 1.1% in a year.
Meanwhile, it costs €357,000 for a detached three-bed in Kerry, that’s up 13.8% in a year.
The average price of a two-bedroom detached house in the county costs €256,000; a 17.9% rise over the past year.
A two-bed terraced house in Kerry costs €165,000, which is down 22% year-on-year, while a two-bedroom apartment in Kerry now costs €224,000, which is down 0.5% in a year.
According to the Daft.ie List Price Index, prices in Munster, outside the three cities, were 2.7% higher in March than three months earlier.
In the first quarter of this year, the average transaction price of a three-bed semi-detached home in Munster was €311,000.
The median price of a newly built home during 2025 was €380,000, up 9% on the previous year; in Kerry it stood at €290,000.
