A man has been arrested after suspected cannabis was seized in Tralee.
The suspected drugs were found after members of the Kerry Divisional Drug Unit carried out a search at a house in Tralee.
Gardaí attached to Kerry Divisional Drug Unit executed a search warrant at a domestic residence in Tralee as part of Operation Tara.
Operation Tara focuses on tackling street-level dealing in cities, towns and villages across the country.
During the course of the search in Tralee, suspected cannabis with an estimated street value of €2,000 was seized, along with electronic devices.
Gardaí also seized €2,500 in cash; Gardaí says they suspect this cash is the proceeds of the sale and supply of controlled drugs.
A man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
Gardaí say their investigations are ongoing.
