Writers' Week in Listowel has announced that Máire Logue has been appointed Literary Curator for their landmark 55th anniversary festival in 2026.
A Listowel native, she's been part of the town’s artistic life for many years, through both the literary festival and St John's theatre.
Chairman of Listowel Writers’ Week Ned O’Sullivan welcomed the appointment, saying Máire’s deep community roots and artistic vision, make her the ideal person to guide the festival onto its next chapter.

Listowel Writers’ Week will take place from May 27th to 31st next year, featuring readings, workshops, interviews, and cultural events across the town.
