Listenership to Radio Kerry has grown to record levels.
The latest JNLR radio listenership figures show that the stations market share has grown from 54% to 57.2%.
Radio Kerry now has a weekly reach of 90,000 listeners in Kerry.
Almost 3.5 million adults tune into radio each weekday, underlining radio’s continued strength and relevance in a changing media landscape according to Radio Centre Ireland.
Radio Kerry CEO Fiona Stack said that the station has always sought to provide a voice for people in Kerry to tell their own stories, and be a living archive of a people and a place.
She said that staff in the station are very proud to represent Kerry and she thanked listeners and advertisers for their continued loyalty and support for Radio Kerry.
Ms Stack said that support is what allows the station commit to quality news and sports coverage, music and speech programmes and listener interaction on air and on social media.
