A six-unit residential complex in Killarney is to be auctioned next month.
Innisfallen Mews on Rookery Road has a guide price of €300,000.
The complex comprises two ground floor apartments and four duplex townhouses.

Sherry Fitzgerald Coghlan is handling the sale and says the building requires remedial works.
The auction will take place online on December 11th at 2pm.
