An art and creative writing exhibition will be launched this Friday (17th October) in Killarney Library.
Local author Katie O’Donoghue will launch the Kerry’s Hedgerows and Woodlands exhibition at half past three, and read from one of her books.
Some of the participants from the creative writing workshops will also read their works.

No booking is required and the event open to all.
The Kerry’s Hedgerows and Woodlands exhibition runs from 17th to 23rd October.
The aim of the project is to raise awareness of the value of trees and hedgerows, and highlight their importance to the climate, culture and biodiversity, and their role as ecological corridors across the county.
