Gardaí in Killarney have confiscated a scrambler bike following complaints of dangerous driving from locals.
The bike was seized over the weekend, with the driver set to appear in court.
As of last month, scramblers and quad bikes are effectively banned in all public places under the Road Traffic Regulations 2026, known as "Grace's Law".

It is illegal to ride them in parks, on green spaces, or on public roads unless they are registered, taxed, insured, and road-legal.
