Condolences have been offered to the families of the two people who died on Kerry roads last night.
A 14-year-old boy was killed in a road traffic incident near Ross Road in Killarney during the early hours of this morning, while a motorcyclist died following a crash at Listry earlier yesterday evening.
Ahead of the Killarney Municipal District meeting this morning, councillors and management observed a minute's silence.

Cathaoirleach of the MD Labour councillor Marie Moloney said it’s terribly tragic to see such a loss of life on the county’s roads.
She’s thanked the emergency services and asked for anyone with information to come forward.
Cathaoirleach Moloney offered her condolences to the families affected.
