A Killarney-based company has won a gold medal for sustainability.
Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd was awarded a gold medal by EcoVadis, which rates the sustainability of over 70,000 companies.
EcoVadis scores the companies in the areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

Liebherr's gold rating puts it in the top 5% of all companies rated, and in the top 3% of manufacturing companies around the world.
Liebherr says the gold medal shows clear progression from the silver awarded in 2019, and is validation of its corporate responsibility policies and approach.
