Kilcummin school unveils new development plans

Minister for Children Norma Foley has officially opened a new state-of-the-art modular classroom at Coolick National School in Kilcummin.

At the opening Minister Foley was presented with the school’s approved plans for future development.

The plans will include a two-storey extension that will significantly increase the school’s capacity.

The works also include plans for a special class.

Further plans include modernising the school’s appearance and functionality.
