Prominent Kerry building to light up for World Endometriosis Day

One of Kerry's s prominent buildings will light up this evening in honour of World Endometriosis Day.

The Ashe Memorial Hall will be illuminated in yellow, in recognition of those living with the condition.

Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease, affecting an estimated 155,000 women in Ireland.

The event was organised by Tralee woman and endometriosis advocate, Doireann Barrett.
