Sinn Féin TD Pa Daly has said the increasing number of COVID-19 patients in University Hospital Kerry is putting serious strain on staffing

Sinn Féin TD Pa Daly has said the increasing number of COVID-19 patients in University Hospital Kerry is putting serious strain on staffing levels there.

Deputy Daly said a second COVID ward has now been opened at the hospital and nursing staff have been redeployed there from other wards.

The Kerry TD said the move has left many wards short staffed and is causing huge concern among personnel at UHK.
