Kerry TD renews call for new Local Link bus route in Mid-Kerry

A Kerry TD has renewed his call for a new TFI Local Link bus route from Beaufort to Killorglin.

The return service would include stops at Churchtown, St. Mary’s of the Angels, and Meanus.

Fianna Fáil TD Michael Cahill says demand is high and it would benefit schools, the local economy, and reduce traffic.

Deputy Cahill added that the services would allow for easy access to and from St. Mary's of the Angels and St. Francis Special School.

He has urged Transport Minister Darragh O’Brien and Local Link Kerry to review their decision.
