A Kerry TD is welcoming the fact University Hospital Kerry was looking to encourage more people to cycle to work.
However, Sinn Féin's Pa Daly is asking why other options weren't used amid controversy over the €127,000 cost of the bike shed at the hospital.
His party colleague TD Pearse Doherty yesterday blasted the six figure sum spent on it, when it could have cost as low as €6,000.
