Secondary school students around the county have just one week left to apply to the 2026 Stripe Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition.
This is the first year the financial services company Stripe will be the title sponsor of the exhibition.
Over 200 prizes are available, with a total prize fund of €50,000, including a top award of €7,500.

The winners of the Stripe Young Scientist & Technologist of the Year Award 2026 will also represent Ireland at the European Union Contest for Young Scientists.
Last year's winners were Presentation Tralee students Ciara, Saoirse, and Laoise Murphy for their ACT medical assistance app.
