A Kerry student has been crowned All-Ireland Chess Champion.
Maryna Petrenko from Coláiste Gleann Lí in Tralee took home the top prize in the Overall Individual Champions category.
The tournament took place in Nenagh, Co.Tipperary.

Coláiste Gleann Lí have said they are extremely proud of Maryna’s achievement, especially as she was one of only two girls competing for the title.
