Kerry Sinn Féin has elected a new chairperson.
24-year-old Daithí Fitzgerald from Ardfert was appointed to the role; he is a master’s student at DCU.
Mr Fitzgerald says he is honoured to have been nominated and is excited about what the party can achieve over the coming months.
He says his focus is on internal development, member engagement, community outreach, and early preparation for future elections.
