A residential care centre in Kerry has received a positive report from the health watchdog.
White Lodge Accommodation Service is a care facility for adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs.
HIQA carried out an unannounced inspection of the centre on November 25th, across 19 categories of the Health Act 2007.

It was found to be fully compliant in 17, and substantially compliant in 2 areas - governance and management; and written policies and procedures.
Inspectors noted that overall, residents enjoyed a good quality of life, and were well supported in the centre.
