Christmas has come early for one prize bond holder in Kerry, as the monthly prize of half a million euro – tax free - has been scooped in the county.
The winning prize bond number was ADG 508 969, which was purchased in 2016.
There were over 8,700 (8,755) prizes awarded in this week’s draw, amounting to more than €1.2 million (€1,233,475).

This brings the total won in prize bonds in Kerry to over €1 million in 2025, in March one player won €500,000, while €50,000 was won by players in the county in May and September.
Prize Bonds are an Ireland State Savings product which, instead of paying interest, offers bond holders the chance to win cash prizes every week.
