Kerry MEP says we must not forget humanitarian catastrophes outside of Ukraine

Kerry MEP Seán Kelly says while the horrific events in Ukraine continue, people are in danger of forgetting humanitarian catastrophes elsewhere.

The Ireland South representative says Western media are concentrating on the war started by Russia, but women and children in Afghanistan still remain at risk of starvation.

He says EU member-states will now be judged on how they treat refugees and asylum seekers.
