Kerry MEP says new CAP measures will benefit Irish farmers

A Kerry MEP says measures to simplify CAP rules, expected to be passed today, will benefit Irish farmers.

Fine Gael MEP Sean Kelly, who’s from Kilcummin, says these new measures will allow member states to deal with unforeseen events in a timely manner.
