Kerry MEP says Irish farmers aren’t getting enough credit in efforts in tackling pesticide targets

A Kerry MEP says Irish farmers aren’t getting enough credit for conforming to pesticide limits.

Sean Kelly was speaking in a debate on a planned 50% reduction by 2030, in the use of chemical crop protection.

In the EU Parliament in Strasbourg, the Fine Gael MEP said that targets on pesticides in this country have been already met.
