Kerry has one of the lowest rates of commercial vacancy in Ireland, according to new data.
The latest GeoDirectory Commercial Buildings Report for the fourth quarter of last year shows around one in eight commercial properties in Kerry are vacant.
The rate of commercial vacancy in Kerry was 12.2% in December, which is lower than the national rate of 14.6%.
Just Wexford, Westmeath, and Meath have lower vacancy rates for commercial buildings than Kerry.
Within Kerry, the rate of commercial vacancy varies from just under 11% in Killarney, to around 19% in Tralee and just under 20% in Listowel.
