New figures from the CSO show the most common age for someone who bought a house in Kerry last year was 45 years old.
The most common age for sole purchasers in Kerry was 46 last year, while the most common age for joint purchasers was 45 years old.

The youngest house buyers in Ireland last year were in South Dublin, where the median age of 37 years old.
Nationally, the most common age for people who bought a house on their own was 42, and for joint purchasers 38 years old.
