Kerry Group has completed the €127 million takeover of a Spanish biotechnology company.
According to the Irish Independent, Kerry completed its public tender offer for Biosearch Life, after it was approved by the Spanish National Securities Markets Commission this week.
Biosearch Life is based in Granada, has over 150 employees, and is described as a leader in the nutraceutical and functional food sectors.

It's been reported that Kerry Group is taking over the company through its Spanish subsidiary, Kerry Iberia Taste & Nutrition.
