Kerry Group has acquired a Canadian probiotic company.
The global taste and nutrition company, which has its headquarters in Tralee, announced that it reached agreement with Bio-K International.
The Canadian company produces clinically-supported probiotic beverage and supplements in the North American market.

The acquisition will strengthen Kerry’s position in the probiotics market.
