An Garda Síochána in Kerry have paid tribute to Garda Kevin Flatley, who was killed in the line of duty on Sunday.
The 49-year-old, father-of-two was struck by a motorcycle at a speed checkpoint in north Dublin yesterday afternoon.
Flags at Garda Stations are flying at half mast, while An Garda Síochána Kerry’s social media channels are displaying the “blue line” tribute, in memory of Garda Flatley.
