Kerry Gardaí arrest two motorists for drug driving

Gardaí in Kerry have arrested two motorists for drug driving.

Kerry Roads Policing Unit carried out a mandatory intoxicant checkpoint in Firies on Sunday evening.

One driver tested positive for cocaine, while a second driver tested positive for cannabis; both motorists were arrested.

Gardaí say blood specimens were obtained from the drivers for analysis.
