Kerry ETB has hosted an event to celebrate the talent of young Kerry film makers.
The gathering by the Local Creative Youth Partnership recognised groups’ success at national youth film festivals.
Killarney Youth Film Group, Killorglin Youth Film Group, Down Syndrome Kerry Youth Film participants and Cahersiveen Youth Film Group were honoured.

Their films, Emotion, New Best Friend, Believe and Home from Home were shown at the event at Kerry College.
These all made the regional finals of the Fresh Film Festival and were screened at the national youth film festivals.
Cahersiveen Youth Film Group are the winners of the Radharc Trust Award 2025 and received a Young Film Maker of the Year Award in the category documentary.
