A driver in Kerry was arrested by local Roads Policing Unit yesterday evening.
The motorist was detected travelling 182km/hr in 100km/hr zone on the N21, with two children in the car.
The driver, who was driving unaccompanied on a Learner Permit, tested positive for cannabis.

Blood was taken for further analysis, and the vehicle was detained.
