Kerry designers are being called on to take part in Irish Design Week 2025.
Now in its fourth year, the programme celebrates design as an experience, connection, and innovation across disciplines.
This year’s theme is “the ties that tie and the links that link” which explores sustainability, technology, storytelling and social impact, through collaboration and craft.
The Design & Crafts Council Ireland says funding opportunities are available for selected events for designers, studios and organisers.
The deadline for submissions is 5PM on September 12th, more information can be found on the Radio Kerry website.
Funding is available for selected events as designers, studios and organisations are invited to shape this year’s programme.
Applications are now open via www.IrishDesignWeek.ie with the deadline for submissions set for 5pm on Friday 12 September 2025.
Proposals should clearly outline how the event will address the theme “The Ties that Tie, and the Links that Link” and its potential impact.
DCCI Irish Design Week is funded by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment through Enterprise Ireland.
Irish Design Week takes place from 17 - 21 November 2025.
