Councillor Jackie Healy-Rae says that nothing has been confirmed yet amid reports that his father Michael is to appoint him as an advisor.
Kerry independent TD Michael Healy-Rae is a Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, with special responsibility for forestry, farm safety and horticulture.
The Sunday Independent is reporting that his son, who is a Kerry County Councillor, has been appointed as his ministerial advisor.

Councillorr Jackie Healy-Rae has told Radio Kerry that nothing has been confirmed yet, and regardless of what happens he'll remain on the council.
